As much as I enjoy working with the Medicare population, I am not a Medicare Provider. As a solo practitioner, I am committed to providing the best personalized medical and wellness care possible. I do see Medicare Wellness clients (not patients) and since I am not a Medicare provider, I do not provide physical therapy services for this population, nor do I provide billing support for Medicare.

Medicare clients can be seen by a fee-for-service medical professional ONLY for health maintenance, disease prevention, general nutrition, fitness and wellness services, which are NOT Medicare-reimbursed interventions.

I see Medicare clients for Wellness Evaluation and Follow Up Visits only, which are NOT a covered service under Medicare. These clients pay with their preferred method of payment at the time of services rendered. These visits are not eligible for reimbursement, and they may NOT be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.

If you are a prospective Medicare client, it is required that you print out and sign an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN form) before we meet.
